ABOUT
Since 2019 we have been building the systems organizations run on.
ApiPrime is a WMCorp brand, founded on 10 May 2019 in Eskişehir. Our work spans web and mobile software through to Custom On-Premises AI Server Systems; the constant is that what we hand over actually runs.
Continuity
ApiPrime was founded on 10 May 2019 in Eskişehir, Türkiye. That is when the company started, not when the work did: the team’s track record goes back further, to enterprise projects in Istanbul — telecom and public-sector integrations, B2B SMS automation, high-volume messaging infrastructure.
What those years taught us still defines the work. In an enterprise system the hard part is never the new technology — it is fitting that technology into an existing order. Authentication, authorization, logging, load, handover. AI added a layer to that list; it did not delete the list.
That is why we do not operate like an agency that discovered AI last year. Custom On-Premises AI Server Systems are a natural continuation: building a system that runs inside the client’s own infrastructure, with data that never leaves it, is the integration work we have always done, in its current form.
ApiPrime is not an AI-only company. Web and mobile software, API design, NFC/RFID solutions, systems integration and our own product line are different outputs of the same engineering practice.
Our vision
Our vision in one sentence: a technology order in which organizations get the full benefit of artificial intelligence while their most valuable data stays inside their own boundary.
Most organizations today are presented with two options — either give up modern capability, or send customer records, contracts and patient files to a third-party service. There is a third way: we think that trade-off is a temporary architectural habit, not a technical necessity.
So our long-term goal is straightforward: to make auditable, transferable systems that run on the client’s own hardware the default rather than the exception. Custom On-Premises AI Server Systems, our flagship offering, are what that vision looks like today. The principle is not limited to on-premises AI: the same stance applies to a mobile application, an integration layer or a messaging backbone. The technology names will change; the principle will not.
Our mission
Our mission is to build the systems organizations depend on day to day so that ownership stays with them, maintenance stays predictable, and the boundaries are written down. This is not a statement of intent; it is the way of working our proposals and contracts describe.
We pursue it on three fronts. We build custom software and integration projects for organizations. We turn recurring project needs into our own products: Super ADB Manager, Super NFC Manager, ApiPrime WhatsApp, Mobinaut and Kaset. And we add the AI layer on top of both, in a way that keeps the data inside the organization.
The test is simple: build enterprise software open enough that the team inheriting it can run it without us. Continuing to work with us should stay a choice, never a dependency.
What we believe
The following is not a list of values. These are the assumptions behind the day-to-day engineering decisions we make on every project.
- The hard part is integration, not technology. Standing up a new model takes a day. Fitting it into an organization that has authentication, authorization, logging and real load is the actual engineering.
- Data is safest inside its owner’s boundary. If you do not know where data goes, you cannot govern it. Our architectural default is always to keep it in-house.
- A small team means a short distance. When the person deciding, the person writing the code and the person on the call are the same, nothing is lost in transit. Scale is a cost, not a virtue.
- An undocumented system has not been delivered. A system is an asset to an organization to the extent that someone other than its author can understand it. Architectural decisions are documented rather than agreed verbally, because those decisions outlive the project team.
- Simplicity is an engineering decision. Queues, clustering or a vector database do not enter the architecture until the need is proven. Every extra component is debt someone has to maintain.
- An honest "no" is cheaper than a late "yes". If we think the requested solution will not work, we say so before building it. Building it quietly and invoicing would always have been easier.
What we do not do
A company is defined as much by what it refuses as by what it sells. The following are deliberate and permanent choices.
- Confidentiality is not marketing material. There is not a single client name, logo or identifiable case story on this site. Most of what we build is internal infrastructure; whether to disclose it is their decision, not ours. We do not sell on a reference list.
- We publish no numbers we cannot source. You will not find a satisfaction percentage, client count or project count attributed to this company anywhere on this site. Without an independently verifiable measurement, we do not make the claim.
- We do not promise outcomes we cannot measure. "It got better" is not a result. We define what will be measured, and how, before work begins — and if we cannot define it, we do not promise it.
- We do not design architectures that create dependency. No bespoke layers only we can maintain, no closed formats, no licensing chains that route back through us. Delivered source code and intellectual property are yours.
- We do not claim capabilities we lack. Where specialist capability is needed — hardware procurement, legal review, on-site installation — we work with partners we trust, and we say so in the proposal.
- We do not take on more work than we can carry. We run a limited number of projects at a time, so there may be a queue. Offering you a place in it is more honest than accepting a date we cannot meet.
Governance and responsibility
A vendor’s responsibility does not end on the delivery date. The full list of our written commitments and security practices is on the Trust page; what follows is the framework.
- Data is held in trust Least privilege applies: access to the environments the work requires, for as long as it requires. If production data is needed for testing, we discuss masking and anonymisation first.
- The data protection boundary is explicit Obligations under data protection law remain with you as the controller. Our part is to build an architecture that supports those obligations and to document the technical side of it. We provide the engineering answer, not legal advice.
- Change management is logged Development moves through version control and code review. Manual intervention in the production environment is an exception, and it gets logged.
- Sustainability is a design criterion The most sustainable software is software that does not have to be rewritten in a few years. In on-premises deployments, hardware and power draw are part of the architecture: we size to the workload you actually have rather than selling a configuration larger than it needs to be.
Timeline
- 01 Before — the Istanbul years The team’s track record: telecom and public-sector integration projects, B2B SMS automation and high-volume messaging infrastructure. API design and systems integration became the core competency there.
- 02 2019 — Founded 10 May 2019, Eskişehir. ApiPrime was established to carry that enterprise software practice under its own brand.
- 03 The engineering practice Web and mobile software, API design, NFC/RFID solutions and systems integration. Fixed-price scope, full code transfer and a documented handover became the standing way of working.
- 04 A product line We began turning recurring project needs into products: Super ADB Manager (live, free), Super NFC Manager, ApiPrime WhatsApp and Mobinaut (by custom quote), Kaset (coming soon). We do not describe a product still in development as though it had shipped.
- 05 The AI layer Local LLM deployments, RAG architectures, MCP servers and AI agents. Our flagship: Custom On-Premises AI Server Systems.
- 06 Today — a WMCorp brand ApiPrime is a WMCorp brand. We are based in Eskişehir and deliver projects worldwide.
The team
We are a small, senior engineering team. There are no layers between you and the work: the person you talk to is the person who builds the system. You will not book time with an account manager to reach an engineer; a technical question gets a technical answer.
This is not a waypoint on the way to scale — it is a deliberate structural choice. Having the person who makes a decision carry its consequences is what works in enterprise projects; having the person who writes the scope also write the code is what keeps delivery dates honest.
Where specialist capability is needed — hardware procurement, legal review, on-site installation — we work with partners we trust, and we say so in the proposal. We do not take on more than we can deliver.
