OUR APPROACH

The PRIME Method

Most AI projects stall at the demo. We tie every step to a deliverable, so you always know exactly where the work stands.

Five steps, five deliverables

Each step ends with something you can hold: a document, a running system, or a measured result. We do not start the next step until the current one is done.

  1. 01 Discovery We map your systems, data sources and constraints. Output: a scope document and a fixed-price proposal. This stage is free.
  2. 02 Prototype A working PoC on your own data, in two to three weeks. Not slides — something you open and use. This is where you can decide not to continue.
  3. 03 Integration The system connects to your infrastructure: authentication, role-based access, audit logging, data boundaries. Security is part of the build, not a later add-on.
  4. 04 Production Load testing, observability, backups and a rollback plan. Go-live is a checklist that has been met, not a date on a calendar.
  5. 05 Evolution Usage is measured, answer quality is monitored, models and access rules get updated. The system keeps living, and we stay with it.

How we work

These are not wall posters. They are commitments that show up in our contracts and in how we run a week of work.

  • No payment before the scope is clear. Discovery is free. If the two of us cannot describe the work in the same sentences, we do not invoice.
  • The code and the IP are yours. 100% code ownership and full IP transfer, on every project. We build no lock-in designed to keep you dependent on us.
  • The target is production, not a demo. An impressive PoC is the middle of the job. We call work finished only when real users run it on real data.
  • Your data stays inside your perimeter. On-premises systems keep data in your building. If a single field has to leave, we write that down in the proposal.
  • No technology for its own sake. If a smaller system solves the problem, we build the smaller one. Queues, clusters and vector databases enter the architecture only when the need is proven.
  • We say so upfront. If we think the solution you asked for will not work, we say so before building it. Quietly shipping it and invoicing would be easier.
  • Measurement over impressions. "It feels better" is not a result. We define what gets measured before the work starts.
  • Handover is a real deliverable. Operating logic, deployment steps and maintenance notes are documented. The goal is that your team can run the system without us.

Timelines

Web projects typically run three to five weeks, mobile six to eight. For AI systems the timeline is set during the scoping call; hardware and data access are usually the two variables that decide it.
