Frequently asked
Do you supply the hardware?
We source and validate cards and readers for compatibility. Hardware appears as a separate line in the quote, and we are happy to work with your own supplier instead.
Can we keep our existing cards?
Usually yes. We can read the card type and key structure and take over the existing estate. If the card family is cryptographically outdated, we say so plainly in the report.
Where is identity data processed?
On-premises. Reading and verification run on your own infrastructure, the design keeps identity data inside, and retention periods are set against your compliance obligations.
