Cookies
What this site stores in your browser, and what you get to decide about it. Everything beyond the strictly necessary runs on your consent: explicit consent under the KVKK, which applies to us wherever you read this from, and — if you are in the EU or the EEA — consent under the GDPR together with the national ePrivacy rules.
Where things stand
Until you allow it, this site writes no cookies to your browser and contacts no analytics service. Opening a page downloads files from our own infrastructure only; everything, fonts included, is hosted by us.
If you turn analytics on in the cookie bar, Microsoft Clarity starts. While it stays off, the Clarity code is never added to the page — it does not sit idle in the background, and not a single request goes out.
Cookies in use
- Your cookie choice — strictly necessary Your selection in the cookie bar. Not actually a cookie: it lives in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to our servers. It cannot be switched off, because without it we cannot remember your choice. Storing it needs no consent of its own — it is strictly necessary for what you asked the site to do, namely respect your decision instead of asking again on every page.
- _clck — analytics Microsoft Clarity. Distinguishes the same browser across visits. Kept for roughly a year. Written only if you allowed analytics.
- _clsk — analytics Microsoft Clarity. Ties together the pages you view within one visit. Kept for roughly a day. Written only if you allowed analytics.
- Marketing Ad measurement and retargeting. No marketing cookies are in use. If that ever changes, they too would run only with your consent.
What Microsoft Clarity does
Clarity is not a page counter: it records your mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, and those recordings can be replayed as a session afterwards. We use it to see which sections get read and where people get stuck.
The contents of the contact forms are masked: name, company, email address, phone number and message text never enter a recording. This is not a setting that can be toggled — it is written into the page itself.
Clarity is operated by Microsoft Corporation, and the measurement data is processed in the United States — outside Türkiye and outside the EEA. That transfer takes place only once you have given explicit consent: Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR, and explicit consent for a transfer abroad under the KVKK. Microsoft states that it applies its own transfer safeguards as well. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How your choice is stored
Your selection in the cookie bar is kept in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to our servers. The preference is yours alone; no record of it exists on our side.
No non-essential code loads before you explicitly allow it. Until then the script is not added to the page at all.
Your consent is the legal basis both for running the analytics and for reading and writing in your browser’s storage — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with the ePrivacy rules as implemented nationally, and explicit consent under the KVKK. Taking it back applies from that moment on; what was processed before stays lawful (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Changing your mind
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change your selection at any time.
When you withdraw analytics consent, the cookies Clarity left behind (_clck, _clsk) are deleted from your browser and Clarity is not started again on later page loads.
If you clear site data in your browser’s privacy settings, your preference goes with it and the cookie bar reappears on your next visit.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every modern browser lets you inspect, delete and block cookies and site data. These controls usually sit under “Privacy and security”.
Server access logs (IP address, browser information, request time) are not cookies; we keep them for security and error tracking on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Article 5(2)(f) KVKK), and they cannot be cleared from browser settings.
