Do you use the official API?
Yes. The platform runs only on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. All message traffic goes through Meta’s own infrastructure.
Can our data mix with another tenant’s?
No. Tenant separation is enforced in the database with Postgres row-level security, not merely in application code.
Can we connect it to our own systems?
Yes. It connects to your CRM, ERP or order system over webhooks and API; integration scope is set in the quote.
